1 one-lb. wheel of brie cheese
1 bottle Molten Golden Hot Sauce
Thinly sliced fresh SC peaches, apples, pears or figs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 fresh lemon
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over sliced fruit and set aside. Place brie cheese on a baking sheet and cover with a generous layer of Molten Golden. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then top with apple slices in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven. Add sliced almonds and continue baking until almonds are toasted. Serve with whole wheat crackers. Note: This recipe works well in the microwave. Just place fruit-topped brie on a microwave-safe dish and heat at 30-second intervals until cheese is slightly melted.
